Close encounters in the enchanted garden

During this week at Brodsworth Hall in South Yorkshire, their magnificently restored Victorian Gardens are illuminated to become a place of wonder and enchantment. Its well worth a visit if you're in the area.

This week at Brodsworth Hall and Gardens in South Yorkshire they are running a special event called Enchanted Garden. From 6pm to 9pm up to the 29th October, they open their gardens and grounds which have been amazingly lit up with a variety of coloured lights and effects.

I went on Saturday night and can thoroughly recommend it for those in the area. You can also visit Flickr to view the rest of the shots I took or find out more about the event on the English Heritage site.
